BARREL PICK UPDATE

This feels wild to type—but we recently got some samples from Rare Character to select our next barrel. While a few were good, none of them truly called for the Allocated Single Barrel Sticker.

I was this close to picking the Wheated Bourbon, especially since it’s never been done before—and it was solid. But shoutout to Ylli and Chris for keeping me grounded and asking the all-important question: “Does it blow your pants off?” Honestly, it didn’t.

So, more samples are on the way. Just goes to show—when we pick barrels, it’s not just to have something on the shelf. It’s gotta blow your pants off. Period.
