With the hit of our 2023 release of Ezra, we had to do ANOTHA ONE. For those who love the low rye profiles with high proof, this is it. A Kentucky Straight Bourbon that we specifically picked with Old Fashioneds in mind.

[BN.24.005] Hirsch - ABSxALCTD

The first collabaration with the Alaska Bourbon Society and Allocated highlights a very identifyable mashbill of 72% corn, 13% rye and 15% malted barley. Ringing in at 117.20 proof, it is a big bodied bourbon not for the faint of heart. Rich Robitussin notes, leather, tobacco, butterscotch and big spices.
